Candidate Nominations Sealed in Larnaca
The submission process for candidate nominations in district administrations and municipalities in Larnaca concluded recently, setting the stage for an engaging electoral contest. Residents are preparing to cast their votes in June, a decision that will shape the future of local governance, including the election of district governors, mayors, deputy mayors, municipal councillors, and school boards.
Among the notable candidates, Angelos Hadjicharalambous, the current chairman of the Larnaca sewerage board, announced his independent candidacy for district governor.
