Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency’s Mission in the Middle East
In a significant push to position Cyprus as a prime business hub, the Cyprus Investment Promotion Agency (Invest Cyprus) recently showcased the country’s potential at the Annual Investment Meeting 2024 in Abu Dhabi. The event, which took place from May 7 to 9, served as a fertile ground for new investment opportunities and a spotlight on Cyprus as a gateway to the European Union.
Leading the charge was Marios Tannousis, CEO of Invest Cyprus, who, along with key Cypriot officials including the Deputy Minister of Tourism and the Cyprus Ambassador to the UAE, engaged in strategic discussions with Middle Eastern companies. These high-level meetings aimed to highlight stock investment opportunities in Cyprus, emphasizing the nation’s stable business environment and advantageous tax system.
