A Shift in the Weather Pattern
As the weekend approaches, a notable change in the weather is on the horizon. The dust levels that have blanketed the atmosphere are predicted to diminish by Saturday, providing a breath of fresh air for residents who have been dealing with reduced air quality.
The skies will showcase a mix of sun and clouds, with locally increased clouds making intermittent appearances throughout the day. Despite the cloud cover, temperatures are anticipated to take a slight dip, offering cooler conditions compared to Friday. The mercury is expected to climb to a comfortable high of 26 degrees Celsius inland and along the coasts, while the mountain regions will experience a cooler high of 16 degrees Celsius.
Wind enthusiasts along the south coast can look forward to a brisk day, with winds reaching up to six on the Beaufort scale. As night falls, the clouds will gather more densely, and there’s even a chance of encountering patches of thin fog in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The thermometer will show lower temperatures overnight, descending to 13 degrees Celsius inland, 14 degrees Celsius on the coasts, and a chilly eight degrees in the mountainous areas. The start of the new week will see partial cloud cover persisting through Sunday and Monday, accompanied by the potential for sporadic showers and isolated thunderstorms during the afternoon.
Looking ahead to Tuesday, the possibility of rain and storms continues, but with an expected increase in temperatures. This fluctuating pattern suggests that residents should keep their umbrellas close at hand and their layers ready for the changing conditions.
